Red garlic chutney

Red garlic chutney  


A very spicy chutney made with red chillies and garlic. It is generally served with momos.
•    7 to 8 dry red chillies soaked in warm water for half an hour.
•    7 to 8 peeled garlic cloves.
•    1 tbsp vinegar.
•    Few drops soya sauce.
•    Salt to taste.

•    Drain out all the water from the chillies.
•    Combine every thing together and blend it to a paste, add little water if required while grinding.
•    Serve with any snack of your choice.
